For this Winter Hopfenlager, we wanted to, well, celebrate this classic, by adding a little caramel malt in the grain bill, and selecting what has become to define West Coast IPA: The ‘C’ hops of Chinook, Cascade, and Centennial.
This hoppy lager is double-decocted, with hop additions at flameout and in the coolship for increased aromatics. Open fermentation and horizontal maturation aid in a smooth drinking experience to enjoy round after round at your holiday table.
