During this period, the delicate aromas of smoke gently infuse into the dough, while the rind takes on a pretty amber hue. At room temperature, this cheese reveals subtle notes reminiscent of smoked charcuterie. Once melted, each bite offers a harmonious blend of the smoky aromas and the sweetness of the cheese.
