The Raclette fumé comes to life from our Raclette nature matured for a minimum of 4 months, then delicately placed in an old-fashioned smoker for a few hours. During this period, the delicate aromas of smoke gently infuse into the dough, while the rind takes on a pretty amber hue. At room temperature, this cheese reveals subtle notes reminiscent of smoked charcuterie. Once melted, each bite offers a harmonious blend of the smoky aromas and the sweetness of the cheese. Combined with the creamy texture, this raclette offers an incomparable taste experience.
