Kalios 01 olive oil was selected by double Michelin-starred chef Christophe Aribert** from Restaurant Maison Aribert.

The cuvée is a monovarietal oil produced from Koroneiki olives freshly picked green at the beginning of the season, in Greece.

Ideal for your salads, steamed vegetables, and crudities.

Like cuvées 2,3, and BIO, our cuvée 01 meets the four criteria necessary to appreciate its quality. It is extra-virgin, thanks to its perfect acidity level, monovarietal, produced from a single olive variety (Koroneiki), cold-extracted to preserve its taste and benefits, and preserved in opaque packaging to protect it from light.

With a very low acidity level of less than 0.35%, it ranks among the finest olive oils.
