The Domain: Family farm, harvesting located on the border between the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, in the heart of Burgundy. Surrounded by its emblematic vineyard "Le Clos des Langres" where all our wines are vinified. The winegrowers of the Domaine take care with attention and respect of the terroir of 125 different plots (climates) on 45 appellations. Our reds are produced exclusively from Pinot Noir and our whites from Chardonnay. The great diversity of climates that we exploit leads us to rub shoulders with terroirs of plains, hillsides on limestone, as well as clay. Our harvests are carried out exclusively by hand in order to preserve the work of the vine and the winegrower. Vincent, our oenologist, through the precision of his vinification, his choice of barrels, and his concern to keep freshness and authenticity, offers you in each bottle a discovery of one of our many climates of Burgundy.
