Alcohol: 13%
Grape(s): 100% Chardonnay
Localization: Maconnais, Burgundy, France
Tasting Notes: Rich and well-balanced, featuring flavors of peach, apple tart, and grapefruit. There’s an underlying mineral element that adds complexity. The wine has a long, satisfying finish with hints of baking spices and a subtle oak influence.
The Domain: The domain is situated between Macon and Cluny in the heart of Maconnais. The tradition has been passed down from father to son for several generations. The vineyard covers 35 hectares and produces about 2,000 hl per year. The 30-ha estate is located about 60 km north of Macon. It produces only about 10,000 cases a year of several cuvées. The practice integrates agriculture and combines.
