Alcohol: 5,5%
Grape(s): Moscato
Localization: Piedmont, Italy
Tasting Notes: Luminous and golden in appearance, the Braida 2020 Moscato d'Asti Vigna Senza Nome (or "vineyard with no name") is nicely sweet without being cloying. Honey, orange blossom, jasmine potpourri and dried sage are propped up by foamy cream and that easy sweetness. The freshness keeps the wine lively and perky. This is a very accessible Moscato d'Asti
Food pairing: Very good as an aperitif or pairs well with desserts, cakes and biscuits, terrines and pasty
The Domain: "Braida" was Giuseppe Bologna's nickname, the village's top player of the regional sport "Pallone Elastico" and founder of the winery. In 1961, Giacomo Bologna, his son, took over not only his nickname but also the vineyards. Today Raffaella and Giuseppe Bologna dedicate themselves passionately to the family business, being the third generation already.
Appellation: Moscato d’Asti DOCG.
