Raclette 8 Blumen is coated with a mixture of 8 different flowers (cornflower, safflower, grass flower, mallow, marigold, fenugreek, strawberry leaf and rose) from the Appenzell region – Kévin Koch created it. During the ripening period, the essence of these flowers is slowly absorbed into the paste, conferring an inimitable, distinctive flavor. The plant-coated rind is also edible. It is an exceptional, fondant, and original raclette that simply must be tried. A delight for the palate!
