Wild Cockles or Berberechos are packed with a sea salt brine. These baby clams are collected from the southern Spanish coast of Galicia. Add them to your Paella, Jambalaya, or Alfredo to add that extra fruit of the sea. Or eat simply with a little lemon and olive oil.
