White Rock is small family owned vineyard and winery first established in 1870. In the southern foothils of the Stags Leap Range. The soil is white volnic ash which produces small berries leading to complex wines.
The cabernet sauvignon production is 800 cases. Aged 22 months in French Oak then cave aged in the bottle for two yerars before labeling.
