With its fleshy, ripe citrus and stone fruit flavors, married with a touch of honey and sea salt, Greco di Tufo is an irresistible pair with rich seafood or creamy burrata, a southern specialty.

BLEND: 100% Greco di Tufo
VINEYARDS: Estate vineyards sit at 1,200 feet above sea level, in the commune of Marotta, near Montefusco. Soils mix volcanic “tufo” with limestone.
AGE OF VINES: 25-50 years
WINEMAKING: Hand-harvested. Full-cluster press; fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled tanks. Aged in tank on fine lees.
TASTING IMPRESSIONS: Aromas of ripe citrus and honey, mint and a touch of sea salt. Medium-bodied, textured, refined.
