This is a solera aged beer in the lambic style. A 3 year old blend of sour ale made iwth Brettanomyces and souring bacteria originating from Belgium's Pajottenland and their own cellar, this is aged in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels. Each year they bottle a very small quantity from barrels containing the oldest beer.
