The Stone Raft is our stone fruit-laden spontaneously fermented golden ale. This 2020 harvest third edition saw one- and four- year- old beer spontaneously refermented with NJ Montmorency cherries, Shiro plums, and miscellaneous local apricots had a brief maceration before returning to oak, the cherries macerated for 7 months before the components were all blended together toward bottling.
