Featuring the proprietary yeast developed by Takahashi Toji, this sake is creamy, layered, aromatic and finished with a dry spiciness. The Domain: Founded in 1903, the Saiya Brewery is one of the most award-winning breweries at the Japanese National Sake Competition.
