Tasting Notes : On the palate, pleasant and fresh and passing to a smooth unctuous flavour. Very good acidity. Long finish with citric notes. Pale yellow with green reflections. Very aromatic with a predominance of citric and white fruits with sweet and vegetable over tones.
Description : Balma Reserva Brut Nature is a cava from the appellation of origin (D.O) Penedès produced by the winery Mas Bertram located in Sant Martí Sarroca (Barcelona).
During production, the grape is first destemmed and put though a selection process. After which, it is fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 14-15ºC for 45 days. Once finished with the vinification process, Balma Reserva Brut Nature is aged for 24 months on its lees.
