Vinous, 94 Points- Deep ruby-red. Liqueur-like black cherry, licorice and menthol on the rather austere nose. Concentrated, taut and extremely primary, with youthfully clenched flavors of bitter cherry and menthol. But this tactile, very long wine really saturates the mouth with flavor.
Vinification- Destemmed grapes ferment in vats during 3 to 4 weeks. Aging takes place in oak barrels produced by our cooperage Cadus during 18 months.
