Tasting Notes: Great fruits, very generous on the palate with a long finish. Great with any meats and fish with a heavier sauce.  Deep ruby-colored, this wine extracts a strong aroma of blackberries and spices. It is medium-bodied and well structured. The Tannins are well-balanced and subtle.

Notes: Traditional vinification with a maceration of 25 days. Maturation for 12 months in wooden barrels. 100% bottled at Chateau Siran.
