The Domain: Castle Spencer the Pujade, whose name already traveled the world, draws its strength from clay and limestone soil and the microclimate enjoyed his plots. Each of them has its identity, winemaker vinified separately before assembling them lovingly to achieve excellence.   The cultivation of vines for farming, winemaking at Chateau would be nothing without the human hand: maceration and gentle fermentation succeed, allowing the grapes to fully express themselves.   From the simplicity of the old Carignan, vinified in monovarietal, with the sophisticated assembly of the two wines of Corbières, the amateur can elect here the wine of their choice according to their tastes.   For the "Vintage" Castle icon wine is in oak barrels from the best French forests and the largest cooperage that breeding will continue for fifteen to eighteen months, the barrels are then assembled with passion with Claude Gros the property consulting oenologist.   Wines of pleasure or nectars to taste, prestige wine lovers are not wrong, they cross the Languedoc to touch the happiness of discovering them.
