Alcohol: 12.8%
Grape(s): Petit Manseng
Localization: Madison, Virginia, USA
Tasting Notes: An elegant expression of Petit Manseng reflecting the cooler growing conditions of the vintage. The typical tropical fruit characters of the grape variety partner with an underlying vein of minerality softened by aging on yeast lees. Fermented to dryness with no residual sugar in 500 liter neutral oak barrels, aged for nine months in the cellar prior to bottling.
