Athenaeum blends two brewing traditions into one wild ale. Lambics and other barrel aged sour ales use aged hops for their unique flavors and reduced bitterness. Modern IPAs use fresh hops for their fruitiness. Athenaeum combines these methods to emphasize our Brattleboro wild yeast character, shedding new light on our library of fruity and funky hops.
