Spiciness characterized by a warm depth of flavor with a nice little kick, spicy but subtle. Brighter, fresher and fruiter than your typical paprika. The main label is written both in French and Basque (language where Espelette originates from!).
This pepper powder will enhance everything without excess heat. Always add towards the end of the cooking process to keep its full flavor. Great on eggs, fish, poultry, mashed potatoes or any other vegetables.
