With its traditional restaurant and its stalls full of artisanal specialities, the Fromagerie d’Alpage provides the perfect introduction to mountain cheesemaking during the summer months.
This wheel from the Moléson Signature line is easily the best we have ever tasted here at Arrowine and quickly becoming a customer favorite. Rich and nutty, the best of Gruyere is funneled into a wonderful cheese that shines all on its own.
