Kingsbury bars are made from 100% couverture chocolate - the finest chocolate level in the world. The dark chocolate is dairy free (unless an ingredient flavor brings dairy into that bar), and all of the chocolate is gluten free (unless an ingredient flavor brings gluten into that bar).
