Fine Creek NZ Saison

What makes this Saison unique is the use of a blend of New Zealand hops. They add a unique aroma and flavor to this otherwise traditional Saison. A grain bill of European Pilsner malt and malted Spelt is combined with Murphy & Rude 6-Row Pale, to produce a round soft mouthfeel; but natural carbonation and our preferred House Saison yeast produce a desirable dry and crisp finish. New Zealand hops deliver a profile of lemon zest, calamansi, and fresh tropical fruit, while Saison yeast layers in subtle notes of spice and dried flowers.
