Cardamom bitters are made from fragrant seed pods of the cardamom plant, in the ginger family. A few drops or dashes is all it takes to impart a sweet-spicy, exotic-yet-homey flavor to your drinks. An essential ingredient in many Pre-Prohibition vintage cocktails.
Fee Brothers began operations in 1863, and it was one of only two American bitters to make it through Prohibition. In fact, as recently as 2004, there were only three bitters companies in the world: Angostura, Peychaud's, and Fee Brothers!
