Also called “heller bock” (meaning “pale bock”), the German-style Maibock is paler in color and more hop-centric than traditional bock beers. A lightly toasted and/or bready malt character is often evident. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Schillig Beer Co. a European-inspired craft brewery in New Hampshire’s White Mountains, this special Maibock is a tribute to the changing of the seasons.
