Allen Meadows, Burghound- An expressive nose combines notes of citrus, lavender, white flowers and a hint of Granny Smith apples. The round, delicious and relatively forward medium-bodied flavors are not especially concentrated though they do exude a discreet minerality on the slightly more complex and refined finale where a hint of bitter lemon slowly emerges.
Maturation-Aging in oak barrels, of which 20% new, for approximately 12-16 months. Taste-Recognizable Chardonnay from Burgundy with beautiful acidity, minerality, richness, creamy and with subtle wood aging. Drink it now to 2030
