33% Syrah, 32% Grenache, 22% Cinsault and 13% Rolle (aka vermentino for the Italian fans out there) from ~20-year old vines grown specifically to produce this rosè.
The fruit is processed using the rosé de pressurage technique, lightly pressing the grapes to pick up just the right amount of skin contact, before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12.5% ABV.
Tasting note, from the winery:
"Delicate pink color. Strawberries and light pepper. Textured and fruity, with flavors of red plums, lemon zest, raspberries."
