Domaine Bart Marsannay Les Echezots 2017

Burghound- An airy essence of wild red berry fruit scents is laced with hints of underbrush and sandalwood. There is good punch and lovely detail to the nicely mineral-inflected flavors that aren’t especially complex but they are quite refreshing and lilting, plus the finish is well-balanced.

Les Echezots is a climat characterised by its racy, deep profile and delicate finish. Faithful to the reputation of its appellation, it reveals a special tannic refinement, and a bouquet characterised by notes of small black berries. The palate is intense, facilitating some fine gastronomic pairings.
