Tasting Notes- Clean and nicely mineral with a touch of vanilla against discrete oak, this Puligny still in reserve shows very good balance and persistence worthy of its origins. Recommended serving temperature of 54° while young. Can easily be kept up to 10 years in good conditions.
Soil- Sedimentary and clayey soils deposited on a bed of Chassagne limestone
Vinification- Fruit harvested September 29th 2016. Fermented and raised eight months in barrels of French oak; 33% one-year-old oak. Finished in stainless steel. Bottled June 20th 2017, a fruit day in the biodynamic calendar. Filtered.
