This Premium Cheese is smoked and that’s why it is a very special cheese. You don’t see this very often! After the traditional way of manufacturing, this cheese is smoked in a smoking box. That gives the cheese a spicy with a naturel smoke flavour. After that, this cheese has matured in our warehouse for 10 weeks. During this riping process the smoke taste gets further into the cheese.
