We bring to you a new DIPA, with ultra-smooth drinkability, yet still packs a strong hop punch. In this beer we used our favorite hop, Mosaic, and blended it with two new to us hops in Bru-1 and Topaz. This hop combination, and experimenting with temperatures during the brew process, has helped blend way to a tropical aroma, with a taste that follows in sweet tropical notes. This beer has a lush, soft mouthfeel and we hope you enjoy it fresh!
