It has taken years of hard work for Fromi to develop this cheese. They use a gorgonzola that has been aged for 90 days as the base for this creation: extremely creamy, intensely smooth to the point of almost being nearly liquid. It is then left for 15 days to infuse in a top-secret truffle mix. Following this infusion and aging, the cheese is covered with fine flakes of dried truffle. Decadent and incredible!
