Tasting Notes- Mineral nose with nuances of vanilla and lightly-toasted oak; crisp on the palate against notes of butter. Pleasing fullness for its young age. Can be cellared up to 10 years in good conditions.
Soil- Sedimentary and clayey soils deposited on a bed of Chassagne limestone
Vinification- Fruit harvested September 10th 2015. Fermented and raised eight months in barrels of French oak; 33% new oak. Finished in stainless steel. Bottled June 21st 2016, a fruit day in the biodynamic calendar. Filtered.
