A wine as hard to describe as it is deliciously easy to drink, this dry white is a blend of two thirds Gros Manseng with Petit Manseng and a small quantity of Petit Courbu from the Southwestern France region of Jurancon. The juice stays on the grape skins for a bit before a quick ferment and rest in stainless steel. It has terrific body and mouthfeel, rich and smooth and silky. Yellow orchard fruits, white flowers, and a hint of dry honey show on the nose and palate with super zingy and mouthwatering acids and a dash of rock dust minerality.
