This green, piquant blend is inspired by the fertile, leafy countryside of Bonga, Ethiopia where we source herbs and spices from a women’s cooperative. While different from traditional Ethiopian blends, it’s anchored in iconic flavors like koseret (a lemony herb) and besobela (a type of basil). Rub onto chicken, beef, or veggies for mildly hot, lively flavor. Use to season lentils or sautéed greens. Great for marinating too!
