Nice straw colour with green hues. Some green fruit character with some musky scents, notes of grass and a hint of sweet lemon pie. Light bodied with a crisp acidity and a lemon-salty palate-cleansing finish. Food pairing suggestions: Enjoy with goats cheese, oysters, and shellfish.
The Bedouet’s history with wine goes back to Henri Bedouet, born in 1899. He was a cooper and partially owned his vineyards. His son Henri, born in 1931, also started off sharecropping then rented the vineyards from 1977. Michel, born in 1960, bought the estate in 1990 and continues the family journey . In 2010, he began working on converting his methods to organic wine-making. Three years later, the first harvest of organic grapes was made.
