White Rock is small family owned vineyard and winery first established in 1870 in the southern foothils of the Stags Leap Range. The soil is white volnic ash which produces small berries leading to complex wines. Fermented and aged 11 months in Frenck Oak with minimal sulfur additions but enough to prevent malolactic fermentation.
