- We are open for pickup Tuesday - Saturday 11:00am - 6:00pm, Sunday 11:00am - 5:00pm
How do I place an order?
- Place your order online www.arrowine.shop or over the phone 703-525-0990. We fill orders in the order they come in over the phone and online.
- We regret that we cannot fill orders placed while you wait outside.
- Fill up your cart with any products you see on our online store. We are constantly updating it with new products and adding inventory when products sell out. How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Most orders take a few hours to process but it varies based on the day of the week. It can take as few as five minutes if you're getting one bottle of wine on a Tuesday. Fridays and Saturdays are very busy for us and it can take up to four hours to fill an order. If you need your order on Friday or Saturday we recommend placing it the day before or early in the morning.
- Orders placed after 4:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays will very often not get filled that day. We are very sorry about this and will do our best to fill orders as fast as possible.
- The best days to pick up your order are Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
How do I pick up my order?
You MUST wear a mask to pick up your order. Please be respectful of other customers picking up and do not crowd the pickup table.
After you place your order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will receive a second email when your order has been filled and is ready for pick up.
When you arrive please park in the front or back of the store. Please call 703-665-1277 from inside your car. This number is also written on the front window of the store. Please let us know if you are in the front or the back.
Call the number written on the glass windows out front 703-665-1277, this is our phone line to pick up orders. Please do not try and place an order using this phone line. If you don't get through right away, please call again. If you can't get through and it's after 6pm, we are closed. If it isn't after 6pm, please tell a staff member you are picking up when they come outside. Please keep your distance when speaking to staff outside.
You will see tables set up outside, this is where we will place your order. Please wait to come out of your car until you see your order placed on the table or hear your name called and our staff member has gone back inside and there are no other customers at the table
Do I have to pick up my order the same day I place it?
No. You can pick up your order whenever you'd like! You can leave us a note on the cart page telling us when you'll be by if it won't be the same day you place your order. We do not recommend placing a meat or cheese order more than three days in advance.
What should I do if items are missing from my order?
- Unfortunately this can happen and we apologize in advance. Please give us a call and we will fill the rest of the order right away and have it ready when you return. If you cannot return that day you can call us to request a refund.
What kinds of precautions are you taking in the store?
- Our staff wear masks at all times. The deli staff wears gloves at all times and changes gloves between each order and when moving between meats and cheeses. Hands are washed and sanitizer is used frequently. We are in the process of installing plexiglass shielding around the deli, beer station, and registers to keep you and us protected when we open our doors to customers.
When will you open to the public?
- We do not have a set date yet. We do not want to move prematurely and put our customers and ourselves at risk. We hope to be able to welcome you into the store soon. We will keep you updated on any developments.
How can we support Arrowine?
- Keep on shopping with us! You can buy gift cards on our online store. Please note these gift cards can only be redeemed online.
Do you ship?
No. We do not currently ship any products. You may be asked for a "shipping address" when checking out, but rest assured that your order will not be shipped to you.
