1 - 750ml Pommard 2015
From Michael "The 2015 vintage was truly a classic Burgundian vintage, providing us with balanced mature fruit as a result of the warm conditions of the season. Our Pommard from Vaumuriens-Bas has aromas of earth, graphite, and fruit notes, such as currants and griottes. The 18 months of oak aging added structure and integration with the fruit, acidity, and tannins. True to its appellation, this Pommard will need 7-10 years to evolve and express more nuance and elegance."
1 - 750ml Bourgogne Blanc 2017
From Michael "The 2017 vintage was an excellent growing season, where the grapes reached optimal maturity and ripeness. Our old world winemaking style allows this wine to ferment for many months throughout the winter and produces a more complex Bourgogne chardonnay. For a regional appellation, we believe that this wine is a great value."
