The Domain: It was in the heart of traditional Burgundy that the third generation of the Deliance Estate came into being, and succeeded in nurturing the family link that still resonates in the soul of their ancestors.

There are four of descendents today keeping their ancestral ties alive, ensuring that their 18 hectares of vines continue to thrive and keep their pledge to produce fine wines.

As the heirs of a family’s know-how, they have given pride of place to the dynastic quintessence that it is their duty to respect. This means that the wines from thier vineyards are not only the virtuous outthrusts of a terroir but an expression of freedom itself.

The terroir is clay-limestone soil oriented on south and east hillsides.

Grapes are hand-picked and 100% de-stemmed. The fermentation period is adapted to the vintage, pumpovers, and punchdowns, Wines are aged in barrel for a year in 100 % oak barrel with 25 % new oak.
