This Camembert has been selected after many blind tastings by XD master cheesemakers. The Saint-Loup cheese dairy has been distinguished thanks to its undisputed expertise gained from over a century’s worth of experience, but also by the quality of the milk. The pastures where the cows graze are close to the sea, so they are rich in carotene and iodine, meaning that the milk is really exceptional. Then Camembert de Normandie by Xavier David is creamy and has milky and fruity aromas.
