This seasonal favorite from Jasper Hill is spruce wrapped and aged. Slice off the top to reveal a paste almost liquidy with a golden hue. The flavor is meaty and slightly spicy with some mustard notes. Serve at slightly above room temperature to get the smoothest texture.
