The story of Fumaison is really interesting... Ones upon a time was a farmer in Auvergne (middle of France, home of many amazing cheeses). It was sometime around 1990. This farmer got the idea to make a ewe cheese in the shape of a sausage, put it in a net, hang it in it's cellar and smoking it.. A great unique cheese!
