Sébastien Fouche and François Demarque, both passionate about gastronomy, came together around a common project: that of producing and marketing quality butters (sweet, salty and flavored). A real project around their company, Baratte Bordelaise, aimed at promoting a culinary essential. Handcrafted, their butters come from a slow maturation of the best raw materials carefully selected. Double work in churning gives their products character, a subtle creaminess and a beautiful balance in the mouth.
