Similar to a pate, a terrine differs in that it is more likely to use game meats, it has a coarser texture, and is baked in a terrine imparting its shape and namesake. The rabbit and pork cheek terrine is wrapped with smoked bacon and can be cubed for a charcuterie board or even seared for a sandwich.
